   I have known Tony Petty for about seven years. I've been his employer in some form for approximately six of those seven. In that time Tony has demonstrated intelligence, integrity, a solid work ethic, and a creative approach to problem solving.

   In the last three years Tony has continually expanded his skills and proficiencies as a programmer. From a technical standpoint, his accomplishments speak for themselves. From my observations he offers additional significant competencies.

   I launched Stock20.com in December of 2005. The company reached solvency in less than a year, and has since grown to well over 15,000 customer accounts. We have a great reputation and a high level of customer loyalty. As a programmer, Tony has been invaluable in designing, building, and managing a commerce system which allows one or two people to provide an excellent customer experience to so many.

   In addition to his work as a programmer, Tony manages, both directly and indirectly, the majority of Stock20's operations (including shipping, customer service, and technical support). He has been solely responsible for the oversight of our dedicated server, all customer mailings (over 14,000 opt-in subscribers), and all other related matters.

   Tony regularly designs and develops automation to streamline our daily operations and address the needs of our growing customer base. He provides partner-level input on the ongoing development of our customer interface, and is involved in all major business and marketing decisions.
